Senior Football

Carryduff Colts currently boasts four men’s senior teams with around 70 registered players.

In September 2011, eight years after the club was founded, our first ever senior team entered the Newcastle and District Football League. Two years later we entered a second team.

After a relatively successful adventure in the Newcastle and District League, Carryduff Colts then joined the Northern Amateur Football League (NAFL) in season 2018/19.

First Team 2025-26

Currently, the First Team competes in Division 2B,with the Second Team competing in division 3D.

Reflecting the rapid rise in the number of players at the club, and with the aim of providing all our young people the opportunity to continue playing football as adults, we entered two additional teams in the Down Area Winter Football League (DAWFL) in September 2021, bringing the club to a total of 4 senior teams.

All teams play their home games at Lough Moss on the 3g on Saturday afternoons.

The aim of the senior set-up is to provide pathway for all of our youth players and an opportunity to play football at the appropriate level. With the number of playing members across the club approaching 1000, it is likely the number of senior teams will continue to grow.

The Club continues to pursue its ambitions to have its senior teams playing at the highest level possible and to have its First Team competing in intermediate football and beyond in the coming years.
